Team & Pre-Team Information

Team

Team - 2 Days/Week

Come in and work on all of your skills to prepare for Team competition.  Our competition season runs January through July of every year.  You choose 2 days of workout from the following: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 4:30 pm-7:30 pm, & Saturday from 9:30 am-12:30 pm.

Team - 3 Days/Week

Come in and work on all of your skills to prepare for Team competition.  Our competition season runs January through July of every year.  You choose 3 days of workout from the following: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday from 4:30 pm-7:30 pm, & Saturday from 9:30 am-12:30 pm.

Team - 4 Days/Week

Come in and work on all of your skills to prepare for Team competition.  Our competition season runs January through July of every year.  Come work out all of the following days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 4:30 pm-7:30pm, & Saturday from 9:30am-12:30pm.

Pre-Team

Pre-Team - 1 Day/Week

Build your foundation and skills to prepare for Competitive Team.  Choose to come practice on either Monday or Wednesday from 4 pm to 6 pm or Saturday from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Pre-Team - 2 Days/Week

Build your foundation and skills to prepare for Competitive Team.  Come practice on Monday or Wednesday from 4 pm to 6 pm and Saturday 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.
