Flip Factory, LLC Terms and Conditions

TUITION is payable monthly and due on the 25th of each month. Tuition can be paid by Check (payable to Flip Factory), Credit Card, or Cash. If paying with Cash or Check, please place it in the black lockbox on the wall. A $20.00 late fee will be incurred on the 28th of the month. Athletes will be withdrawn from the program if tuition is not paid in full by the 1st of the month. Tuition is non-refundable once paid.

ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEES $100.00 for Team Athletes, $75.00 for Pre-Team, $50 for Class Athletes, and $25 for Private Lesson Athletes (this is for Athletes that do Private Lessons Only). This is a non-refundable fee and is due upon initial enrollment in the program, along with the tuition for each athlete. This fee is due every year, on your anniversary date. A $20 late fee (per athlete) will be incurred on August 2nd. For Team Athletes, they will not be registered for Meets if this fee has not been paid.

RETURNED CHECK FEE of $35.00 will be posted to your account for any payments returned from the bank.

PRIVATE LESSONS You must give a 24 hour notice, if cancelling a private. If 24 hours is not given, you are still responsible for payment of that Lesson. Payment for lessons are due the day of service, no exceptions. If payment is not made the day of service, no more lessons will be scheduled further.

DROPPING CLASSES is permissible with a WRITTEN TWO WEEK NOTICE. This notice must be given by an adult and must be given to the office personnel two weeks before the last scheduled class. If we do not have a viable notice with the office personnel, you will be responsible for the class cost that your child is enrolled in until proper notification is given.

HOLIDAYS, CLOSING & CANCELLATIONS Tuition is based upon an average of four classes per month and you are guaranteed this amount over the course of each calendar year. Make ups are not issued for holiday closings, and tuition is not pro-rated, this is a year round program, nor do we charge extra if you receive five weeks of classes in a month. If we need to close for bad weather, you will be offered a make up class.

SICK POLICY If your child has uncontrollable coughing, vomiting, a rash, diarrhea or any mucus from eyes, nose or mouth we require that your child not attend class until symptoms have subsided. For the health and safety of your child and the other gymnasts, we do require that your child be fever free for 24 hours before returning to Flip Factory.

INJURED ATHLETE POLICY If an Athlete is injured, the following will be needed for them to return to workouts: They must have a written notice from their doctor to return to full workout. If there are limits to their abilities, that will need to be outlined, by their doctor, in writing, with dates and restrictions. No Athlete will be allowed to return to any workouts without this notice, no exceptions.

MAKE UP CLASSES If your child misses class due to illness or schedule conflicts, please contact the office. A make up class can be scheduled, free of charge, if we have received notice of your absence and have availability in a class of similar age and ability. Make up classes must be scheduled within 2 weeks of the missed class. We cannot guarantee make up classes – we will not overbook our classes to schedule a make up class for safety reasons.

Flip Factory and the staff is not responsible for any personal property left unattended – please leave jewelry and other valuables at home.

Flip Factory reserves the right to cancel or change any class when necessary.

DRESS CODE For safety reasons, we require all athletes to dress appropriately to participate. Girls must wear a leotard, no skirts or tights, and long hair must be pulled back. Boys must wear athletic shorts and T-Shirt that can be tucked in, or tunic, no belts, buckles or snaps on clothing and no jewelry is allowed in class. Please make sure your athlete has trampoline shoes or socks , and/or grips/tiger-paws for each practice. Please make sure your child has a HEALTHY SNACK AND WATER FOR BREAK TIME.

CHILD PICK UP POLICY FOR YOUR CHILD’S SAFETY, all athletes are required to wait in the lobby for their guardian to pick them up after class. Under no circumstances may a child go outside of the doors to look for their parents. As a courtesy to our staff and other athletes, please pick up your child on time so as to not delay the start of the next program.

QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS It is extremely important to us that you contact the directors as soon as possible with any questions or concerns you may have. We want to provide the best experience for your child and address any concerns immediately to make this possible. If you need to speak with your child’s instructor, they will be more than happy to do so, but this is sometimes not possible in between classes.
